When you check the authorization box in our application, you consent under the federal E-SIGN Act and applicable state law to receive documents electronically and to use electronic signatures with Mazal Funding and the funding partners reviewing your file.

What your consent covers

• Application records, disclosures, agreements, and notices delivered by email or through a web page.
• Signing agreements electronically instead of on paper.
• Communications about your application and any funded transaction.

Hardware and software requirements

You need a device with internet access, a current web browser, a valid email address, and the ability to view and save PDF files. By consenting, you confirm you can access documents in these formats.

Paper copies

You may request a free paper copy of any document we provide electronically by emailing info@mazal-funding.com or calling (833) 773-0513.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw this consent for future documents by contacting us at info@mazal-funding.com. Withdrawal does not affect the validity of documents already delivered or signed electronically, and it may slow or prevent processing of a pending application, since our process is electronic.

Keeping your email current

Tell us promptly if your email address changes so you do not miss required disclosures.

Mazal Funding provides business funding directly and, for certain programs, through funding partners. Approval amounts, rates, and terms vary based on business qualifications. Merchant cash advances are purchases of future receivables, not loans.
