How we get paid

You should know exactly who pays us and when, before you send us a single document.

We fund in-house

Mazal Funding funds most transactions directly, with our own capital. When we fund your advance ourselves, our compensation is built into the transaction — the factor rate and any fees disclosed in writing in your agreement. There is no separate broker fee and no middleman markup.

Partner programs, when they fit better

Some of the programs we offer — certain equipment, factoring, and SBA bridge structures — run through funding partners. When your deal funds through a partner program, that partner compensates us out of the transaction. You are never charged extra for it, and the program's full cost is disclosed in your agreement either way.

You are never charged an upfront fee

There is no application fee, no review fee, no consulting fee, and no charge of any kind to see your offers. If anyone claiming to represent Mazal Funding ever asks you for money before a deal funds, stop and call us at (833) 773-0513.

What this means for you

Because we earn on funded deals — not fees — our incentive is to approve what actually works and to structure it so you stay in business and come back. Your agreement will always disclose the total cost in writing before you sign. Read it, ask us questions about it, and take it to your accountant if you want a second set of eyes. That is what the documents are for.

Mazal Funding provides business funding directly and, for certain programs, through funding partners. Approval amounts, rates, and terms vary based on business qualifications. Merchant cash advances are purchases of future receivables, not loans.
