Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 28, 2026

This policy describes how Mazal Funding ("Mazal Funding," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use mazal-funding.com, submit a funding application, or communicate with us.

What we collect

  • Business information: legal business name, DBA, address, phone, email, entity type, industry, start date, revenue, and existing financing positions.
  • Owner information: name, home address, phone, email, date of birth, ownership percentage, estimated credit range, Social Security number, and your business's federal EIN. Your SSN is required to complete the identity and credit verification you authorize; it is encrypted in transit and at rest and is never included in emails.
  • Documents you upload: such as business bank statements, a driver's license, or a voided check.
  • Technical and consent records: the timestamp, IP address, and browser user agent captured when you submit an application, kept as a record of your consent, plus basic marketing attribution (UTM) parameters.
  • Contact messages: anything you send through our contact form, by email, or by phone.

Credit report authorization

By submitting an application and checking the authorization box, you authorize Mazal Funding and the funding partners that review your file to obtain business and consumer credit reports and to verify the information you provide. Checking your options on this website does not by itself generate a credit inquiry; credit pulls occur only after you provide that authorization.

How we share information with funding partners

Most funding is underwritten in-house. When your funding runs through one of our partner programs, we share your application information and supporting documents with that funding partner so it can underwrite your file; partners are responsible for their own privacy practices. We also use service providers that host our website, database, document storage, and email delivery. We do not sell your personal information.

Document storage and retention

Uploaded documents are stored in a private, access-restricted storage bucket, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authorized personnel through short-expiration signed links. We retain applications and documents for as long as needed to service your file and to meet legal and audit obligations, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion as described below.

Calls, texts, and SMS opt-out (TCPA)

If you consent during the application, we and our funding partners may contact you by phone, text message (including autodialed or prerecorded messages), and email, including for marketing. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or funding. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further texts, or contact us at info@mazal-funding.com to withdraw communication consent.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used and shared; to request a copy of it; to request deletion, subject to legal retention requirements; to correct inaccurate information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, use the contact below — we will verify your identity and respond within the time required by law.

Data deletion and privacy contact

To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, email info@mazal-funding.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or call (833) 773-0513 during business hours (Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 7:00pm, Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm ET).

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be noted prominently.

Mazal Funding provides business funding directly and, for certain programs, through funding partners. Approval amounts, rates, and terms vary based on business qualifications. Merchant cash advances are purchases of future receivables, not loans.
